Albino Fernandes de Sá

Poet. Technical school teacher. He completed the general course in Theology and Philosophy at the Seminário Maior de Braga. In 1947, he settled in Angola, living in Sá da Bandeira, now Lubango, where he taught at the Technical School. He returned to Portugal upon the independence of that former colony. In 1954, he published his first book in Braga, Encontro: Poemas de Amor. He is represented in Maria da Conceição Nobre's Antologia de Poetas Angolanos (Nova Lisboa, 1957). He contributed to several Angolan newspapers, sometimes under his own name and sometimes under the pseudonyms Cristiano Dantas or Jorge Viana.
