António Nova

Poet. He pursued a professional career in banking. He completed his primary and secondary schooling in Póvoa do Varzim, and later studied in Coimbra and Porto. While still young, he began contributing to various publications, writing both poetry and prose. He is featured in several anthologies, notably the Antologia de Poetas Portugueses e Brasileiros, published in 1966. He published his first poetry book in 1989.
