Bio
Economist and poet. Based in Lisbon since 1947, he completed his studies there, taking advantage of his time in the Military Administration Services to earn a degree in Finance at the former Instituto Superior de Ciências Económicas e Financeiras. Initially, he worked as a advertising services technician and at the former Export Promotion Fund, where he assisted in organizing international fairs. He then went to work for the CUF Group, where he spent thirteen years (1960-1973), becoming an investment project study technician at Empresa Geral de Fomento and then Planning Director for an insurance company, finally opting for a liberal profession. He collaborated regularly with the press, notably in Jornal do Barreiro and O Algarve (Faro), discussing human conduct, independence of spirit, and other less common topics in regional publications. In specialized journals, he published several studies on business economics.
